HMP's subscription to this ICR expired on 10/27/17 with the shutdown of HMP.
HMP*2.0*12 released on 10/17/17 is an informational patch outlining the steps
for the sites to shut down the application.
ICR #4904 provides access to the ORWPT BYWARD RPC and the RPC is currently
found in the HMP UI CONTEXT option. ICR #6272 provides access to the API.
However ICR #4904 is referenced in HMP routines HMPCAC and HMPDDL. The API is
also called in routine HMPROS8 but ICR #4904 is not noted in the routine.
If HMP is reactivated in the future, the HMP project team should review the
access provided by this ICR with the custodial application before reactivating
HMP's subscription to this ICR. See VistA Document Library for list of retired
