SQWM would like to update the HL7 Application
Parameters associated with the SQWM HL7 interfaces. We need to make sure that
the Facility Name field is populated with the correct Station ID of the VistA
system to support accurate routing of SQWM HL7 messages through the SQWM
Information Gateway in Austin.  The post install routine will identify the
sites Station Number using $$SITE^VASITE and will populate the FACILITY NAME
field #3 with the Station Number.
