OE/RR uses GAFURL^YTAPI5 and PRIVL^YTAPI5 in routine ORWPCE2. The usage of the
API was covered historically under ICR 4041, but 4041 was withdrawn in the
past. Note: GAF is no longer a diagnostic tool in Mental Health but OK for
screening.
