In order for the Blind Rehabilitation application to
continue to have login functionality once the Vista Integration Adapter (VIA)
is retired, ANRV requires use of this remote procedure call (RPC). Patch
ANRV*5.1*1 will allow Blind Rehabilitation to communicate with this RPC.

Added 5/13/25 effective with YS*5.01*236 patch. Cloud
application MHA is migrating from VistALink to Cocytus, to communicate with
VistA. In order to continue to have login functionality with Cocytus, MHA
requires use of this RPC.
