scanning a paper document that doesn't require the signature of an author as a
typical TIU Document would).

Input params:  TIUDA    IEN of document in 8925
MODE     alphabetic code for manner closed:
"S" for Scanned (default)
"M" for Manual.
PERSON   User who closed the document (default=DUZ)

Output: Success = IEN of document or 0^message

Added 10/18/23, effective with CRMS*1*1, the VA Health
Connect (VAHC) application is a Salesforce  product sharing the CRMS
namespace. The CRMS VAHC Remote Application includes the CRMS VAHC Option,
which includes required RPCs. TIU SET ADMINISTRATIVE CLOSURE is one of the
Remote Procedures included in the CRMS VAHC Option. The Remote Application
uses Data Access Services/National Health Information Network (DAS/NHIN) as
the middleware to interface with VistA.
