GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Returns a TIU note formatted for output to a printer.
The input required is the TIU IEN (pointer to #8925).  A second parameter
contains a Chart Copy flag denoting whether the user wants to print the chart
copy (=1). If the chart copy flag is 0 or not defined then the rpc outputs the
work copy.
