The Consolidated Patient Accounts Center (CPAC) has
requested the ability to access data across all VA Medical Center VistA System
by using the telnet feature in CAPRI-Remote. CPAC needs access to the MAILMAN
XMEDITMG option in order to perform its business office functions.
