Output: LIST(0) ="1" if the call was successful, though this does not
necessarily mean that Medication Routes have been returned.  LIST(0) =
"-1^reason" if there was an error of some kind, with "reason" being the text
describing the error.

LIST(X) = "" will be returned if Medication Routes are returned, where X is
the First DataBank Medication Route name.
