and exchange of Radiology information, it is necessary to be able to both read
from and place information into the Radiology Order file. This includes
creating new Radiology entries.
MEDICOM TECHNOLOGIES 
Added 9/9/24 effective with Patch MECH*1.0*1 MEDICOM
receives HL7 Imaging order messages about imaging studies performed in the
community but not entered through VistA and needs to write to the RAD/NUC MED
ORDERS File (#75.1), via FileMan to the PROCEDURE (#2) and the TYPE OF IMAGING
(#3) fields.
