GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The subscribing packages are allowed to use a KIDS
build to transport Reminder Exchange File entries. This works in conjunction
with ICR #4371 which covers the Reminder Exchange APIs that are used to
include the Reminder Exchange file entries in the KIDS build and install them
during the post-init.
