The DSS package, in support of its data extracts and
reports, will need to obtain the DOSE, UNIT, and SCHEDULE information from
within the UNIT DOSE multiple of the PHARMACY PATIENT file.

The DSS package will also need to obtain the DATE and ACTION fields of the
ACTIVITY LOG multiple within the UNIT DOSE multiple of the PHARMACY PATIENT
file (#55).
