GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Integrated Billing application requesting onetime
exception write privileges to create new domains needed by Electronic
Insurance Identification module. The domains are being created by Integrated
Billing patch IB*2*457 and informational patch XM*DBA*176 will be released to
address documentation needs for the new domains.
