DBA Comments
9/25/12-MM: Activated ICR for VPS*1*2. Fields requested in
this ICR are not available through GMRADPT API.

8/29/14-MM: Opened ICR #5843 for editing to add access to the "C" cross
reference and National Drug File as a subscriber . PSN*4.0*406 needs to use
the "C" cross reference in a pre-init routine.

Adding the "C" cross reference to the ICR also gives this access to other
subscribers (VPS Kiosk). Robert Ruff and Jawson Hawsey agreed this is not an
issue.

12/7/16-MM: Removed National Drug File as a subscriber to this ICR as agreed
when the application was added in 2014. PSN*4.0*406 was released on 5/6/15
with a compliance date of 6/5/15.

Below are the Subscribing Package details outlining this agreement:

The National Drug File application needs to generate a report of reactions
that need correcting as part of patch PSN*4*406. The patch will generate the
report during the pre-installation section and sites are instructed to delete
the pre-install routine after successful installation of patch PSN*4*406. The
anticipated compliance date of patch PSN*4*406 is 03/07/2015, at which time,
the National Drug File application will be removed as a subscriber.

Removed Robert Ruff as editor.
