GENERAL DESCRIPTION 
The purpose of this API is to provide a way for the
Pharmacy application(s) to retrieve the nature of order from a specified CPRS
order number.

ORIFN Input 
This the CPRS order number and order action for use
in retrieving the nature of order. The input is in the format:

CPRS order number;order action

If no order action is specified, the routine will find the most recent order
action that contains a nature of order and return that information.
RETURN Output 
If the order number or the order action is invalid,
the call will return a 0.

If the nature of order can be determined, the return will be:
