VA POINT OF SERVICE (KIOSKS) is providing patient
appointment status using HL7 messaging.  Kiosks is using DOWORK^HLOCLNT to
send an A01 ADT message on the VPS HL7 queue to the Vetlink HL7 server.  VPS
will pass an array populated with the queue name and link name and port to
connect to the Vista HL7 server and send the A08 message on the queue.
