ORWTPP DELLIST    ICR (6205)

This RPC deletes an entry in the OE/RR LIST file
(#100.21). Its only parameter is the Internal Entry Number (IEN) of the list,
and it returns a Boolean result (1=Yes if successful, or 0=No otherwise).

NOTE: Authorization is enforced. A user may only delete lists which they own
(i.e., they must be identified as a USER of the list, AND the list must be of
type PERSONAL). Users are identified by the individual DUZ.  Application
Proxies are forbidden.
