GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Enterprise Health MGMT Platform (HMP) is accessing
the SIGNS/SYMPTOMS File (#120.83) to retrieve a list of all the Signs/Symptoms
in the file.

HMP is looping thru the file and pulling the IEN and the Name (.01) in order
to use this data to update the JDS database system that stores all the patient
data used by HMP.

NOTE:  ICR #6357 was retired on 6/16/17 with the release of HMP*2*3.
References to the Signs/Symptoms (#120.83) file and associated code was
removed from HMP with this patch.
