GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Responsibility for processing VA Community Care (VACC)
claims has changed from the VISNs/VAMCs to the Chief Business Office for
Purchased Care (CBOPC).  As a national program, staff members often require
access to multiple VistA systems in order to perform their duties.  Four new
menus are being created for use as a primary menu in accessing remote VistA
systems via CAPRI.  VACC staff need to be able to access Imaging in support of
processing claims.

VA Community Care staff will be accessing multiple
VistA systems through telnet functionality provided by CAPRI to support
processing of community care claims on the remote systems. Patch DVBA*2.7*199
creates several new role-based menus that will be assigned as the primary menu
for these users when they access a remote VistA system via CAPRI.  The
stakeholders have requested that the All MAG* RPC's [MAG WINDOWS] option be
attached to the new menus to support access to Imaging by the VA Community
Care staff.  This integration agreement allows All MAG* RPC's [MAG WINDOWS] to
be attached to DVBA namespaced menus.
