GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Responsibility for processing VA Community Care (VACC)
claims has changed from the VISNs/VAMCs to the Chief Business Office for
Purchased Care (CBOPC).  As a national program, staff members often require
access to multiple VistA systems in order to perform their duties.  Four new,
role-based menus are being created for use as a primary menu in accessing
remote VistA systems via CAPRI.  VACC staff need to be able to access CPRS
while processing claims.

VA Community Care staff will be accessing multiple
VistA systems through telnet functionality provided by CAPRI.  When the new
menus are installed by DVBA*2.7*199, CPRSChart version 1.0.30.16 [OR CPRS GUI
CHART] will be attached to each of these new menus so that they can also
access CPRS while processing claims.  This integration agreement grants
permission to make these attachments.
