GENERAL DESCRIPTION 
Responsibility for processing VA Community Care (VACC)
claims has changed from the VISNs/VAMCs to the Chief Business Office for
Purchased Care (CBOPC).  As a national program, staff members often require
access to multiple VistA systems in order to perform their duties.  Four new,
role-based menus are being created for use as a primary menu in accessing
remote VistA systems via CAPRI.  VACC staff need to be able to access
documents in Insurance Capture Buffer while processing claims.

VA Community Care staff will be accessing multiple
VistA systems through telnet functionality provided by CAPRI.  When the four
new menus are installed by patch DVBA*2.7*199, DSS DocManager Imaging System
[DSIV DOCMANAGER] will be attached to each of these new menus.  This
integration agreement grants permission to make these attachments.
