GENERAL DESCRIPTION 
The PROSTHETIC HCPCS FILE #661.1 is read when creating
a GIP Stock Issue, creating a Prosthetics purchase card order, displaying 2319
appliance transactions, and producing the PFFS and NPPD lists.  It is also
used when extracting 2319 data for determination of duplicate appliance
transactions issued to a patient.  In inventory processing, this file is read
and written to when an Item Master item is associated with a HCPCS via the
Synonym field.

Above PAR Ad-Hoc Reporting includes the PROSTHETIC HCPCS FILE #661.1.  Ad-Hoc
functionality provides the ability to select fields from the file for display
on user-defined reports.  Ad-Hoc offers only FileMan read access and only if
the user has permission to view the file.
