accesses the PROSTHETIC LAB W.O. # File (#669.1) to determine the last work
order number used. When creating a work order, the LAST NUMBER USED field is
incremented for the STATION, YEAR, and QUARTER.

This is a retro-active ICR activation, for the ICR
which has been in use since in 2016. A Prosthetics custodian developer is not
available to approve, so ICR Team activated due to reasonableness given the
role of APAT to interface with Prosthetics in the enterprise.

Effective 4/13/23, with patch DSSO*2.0*3, type of access for the NAME (#.01)
field was changed from "Read w/Fileman" to "Both R/W w/Fileman".
