Amended: Added 1/12/23, effective with DSSO*2.0*3, APAT requested adding
'ASHMDI' index. This is to identify the MANUFACTURER and MFG PART NO.
associated with items in Prosthetics Inventory that have a specified STATION
and PSAS HCPCS.  The MANUFACTURER and MFG PART NO. are associated with the
ITEM MASTER (#441) item referenced in the "ASHMDI" index.
