to be assigned to menus on namespaces outside of DG.

DSS - DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM EXTRACTS
DSS would like to add the DG G&L CHANGES VIEW option to
our existing menu, ECX MAINTENANCE.
This option will allow users in DSS to view updates to the gains and losses
sheet in order to track movements that may affect DSS extracts.
