to the TIU DOCUMENT DEFINITIONS File # 8925.1.

Entries allowed are CLASSES, DOCUMENT CLASSES, and TITLES.  This API does not
support the creation of OBJECTS or COMPONENTS.

This API is an EXTRINSIC function and returns the IEN of the new entry or
0^<description of error>.

OUTPATIENT PHARMACY 
Added 2/26/24, effective with Patch PSO*7*746, the
Outpatient Pharmacy inbound electronic prescriptions (eRX) project will
support a new title to be used for documenting the communication from the VA
Outpatient Pharmacies with the community care providers whenever they have a
question about an inbound eRX. Document class: PHARMACY SERVICE (Existing) New
Document Title: ERX RX CHANGE REQUEST NOTE.
CLINICAL REMINDERS 
Added 4/15/24, effective with PXRM*2*81, as part of the
post-setup option, to support Cervical Cancer Screening.
