The reminder definition's evaluation status.
RULESTAT Input 
The reminder definition status to compare the REMSTAT
parameter to. Refer to the data dictionary for the DEFINITION EVALUATION
STATUS field (#31) in the REMINDER ORDER CHECK RULES file (#801.1) for the
list of acceptable values. Pass acceptable values in internal format.
