When an IFC order is entered at a non-converted site
and sent to a converted site, if the patient is not registered at the convered
site, Cerner Millennium sends an acknowledge accpted HL7 message even though
Millennium ignores the order.
The EHM IFC ORDER RESUBMISSION 1.0 build creates a mechanism so that VistA can
automatically resubmit the order a day later when it is expected that the
patient will be registered in Cerner Millennium. This build recognizes IFC
orders that Cerner ignores and logs them. A scheduled process scans the log
and resubmits the orders to Cerner. To do this, the process calls NW^GMRCIEVT
to generate and transmit the order again.
