VAFCCRNR    ICR (7346)

This API accepts a site's Station Number to determine
via a lookup on the "ACRNR" cross-reference (X-REF) in the EHRM MIGRATED
FACILITIES (#391.919) file on whether or not that site has migrated to CERNER
(i.e., Is Cerner Enabled). The API call will return a '1' if the site has
migrated, else a '0' will be returned. NOTE: If the optional parameter
VAFCDCNV is set to true (1) then the API call will return the date the site
converted as additional '^' delimited data if the site has migrated
('1^DateConverted').

OE/RR would like to subscribe to this API for patch
OR*3.0*588. This API will be used by OE/RR to determine if a site has migrated
to Cerner.

Added 9/20/22, effective with GMRC*3*192

Added 3/13/24 effective with EHM*1*10 which creates an
HL7 message repository (EHRM HL7 Message #1609) for IFC and PRF messages sent
to or received from Cerner. Parsing and extracting data from the HL7 message
depends on whether the site associated with the placer or filler order number
is converted or not.  Would like to call $$CRNRSITE^VAFCCRNR to make that
determination.

Added 3/13/24, effective with RMPR*3*215 which
introduces a new feature to the Prosthetics Suspense Processing menu by use of
$$CRNRSITE^VAFCCRNR to make the determination so that non-converted sites will
not see the new feature until they are converted to Cerner.
