ADDENDUM RETRACTION HL7 MESSAGING TO CERNER

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

When an addendum belonging to an Inter-Facility Consult
involving Cerner is deleted, HL7 notification of that event is not transmitted
to Cerner.  Patch GMRC*3*189 creates a mechanism to correct this.  The patch
provides an API that can be called which will produce the HL7 message and
transmit it to Cerner.

the API provided by GMRC*3*189 when an addendum is deleted that is linked to
