This tag returns a set of COMPACT ACT EOC ZCA HL7
segments in array form for a given patient.
VARIABLES TYPE VARIABLES DESCRIPTION
DFN Input 
(Required) The patient DFN. This is the internal
entry number of the patient record in the PATIENT File (#2).
LIST Input 
List of segments to return in array delimited by
commas. List #1 is REQUIRED so it will always be returned.
IF NULL is passed, then the required #1 segment list will be assumed.
Example list: "1,4,5" returns all for ZCA seg ID tables 1, 4 & 5
"ALL"  returns all fields and ZCA HL7 seg ID tables 1 thru 5
