This extrinsic function returns the REMINDER
MANAGEMENT MAILGROUP from the CLINICAL REMINDERS PARAMETERS file, #800. If no
mail group is defined it returns NULL.

PCE PATIENT CARE ENCOUNTER 
When PCE STANDARDIZATION 2.0 is installed, it will
produce reports of health factors that were renamed and health factors that
were repointed so sites will be able to update reports, dashboards, etc. These
reports will be sent as MailMan messages. The reports need to be delivered to
members of the Reminder Management mail group. This API returns the site's
Reminder Management mail group.
