Medications to confirm valid Template Titles in provider comments, a look up
to the TIU Cross Reference field ^TIU(8927,"B",NAME,D0), ^TIU(8927,D0,0), and
Boilerplate Text Field ^TIU(8927,D0,2,1,0) are needed. Therefore, the
Inpatient Medications package requires read access via FileMan to the fields
referenced above in the TIU Template file.
