This is the Opioid Treatment Program dispense record. It
is a multiple record field that contains patient(s) dispense record
information.

Enter the date the medication should be taken. For
example, 03/01/24

This is the name of the medication being dispensed.

This is the Date and Time that the medication was
dispensed.

This is the name of the person dispensing the medication.

This is the initials of the person that dispensed the
medication.

This field indicates whether the medication was dispensed
in Clinic or if it was a Take-Home dose.

This is the dosage of medication being dispensed.

This is the Date and Time that the interface message was
received.

This is the vendor interface name.
