Added 12/3/25 effective with patch RMPR*3*217, this is
a conversion patch that creates a new interface between Prosthetics on
converted sites and the Federal EHR.
One feature of the patch is a mechanism for updating the PROSTHETICS REASON
FOR REQUEST MAPPING file (#666) via MailMan. A structured email message is
sent to a mail group on each converted site which invokes a server option to
add, delete or update file entries.
The option which creates the structured mail messages needs to determine which
sites are converted so it can distribute them. To do this, it scans the
DOMAIN file (#4.2) and extracts the domain name and station number. If the
station number is for a converted site, the process sends a MailMan message to
a mail group on that site which executes the server option.
Note: Determination if a site is converted is made using the EHRM MIGRATED
FACILITIES file (#391.919).
