EHM*1.0*8 will automate the process to discontinue any
prescription that has been migrated to the Federal Electronic Health Record
(FEHR). A new option Discontinue RX for EHRM Data Migration (Automated) [EHM
CANCEL RX (AUTOMATED)] will be run to automate the process of discontinuing
any prescription with a status of ACTIVE, SUSPENDED or HOLD and finishing date
in the last year.

ELECTRONIC HEALTH MODERNIZATION 
Electronic Health Modernization package needs access to
routines PSOUTL for our cutover tool created to discontinue prescriptions
after patients have been migrated to the Federal Electronic Health Record
(FEHR).  VistA patch EHM*1*8 is only run one time and then VistA is no longer
considered the primary system of record.  VistA patch cloned the exact code
from routines that currently performs these actions and added them to an EHM
routine and automated the process without user interaction.  This ensures all
cross-references are cleaned up and all actions are performed as they are
today.
