GENERAL DESCRIPTION

In support of sites transitioning to Oracle Health
Millennium, the Master Patient Index (MPI) team requests permission to
exclusively use this new REGISTRATION RPC [DG MPI DOD UPDATER] to continue to
give site staff the ability to perform Date of Death entries, edits and/or
removals. This RPC will ensure operational continuity to prevent a gap in
functionality at the Veteran Affairs Medical Centers (VAMCs).
