i.e.,
a. Seeding the Local Look-Up file #8984.4 with the Clinical
Lexicon Expression file #757.01, the "AWRD" index and the XTLK^GMPTPRNT
display routine.
b. Seeding the Synonym file #8984.3 with Cancer as a sample
synonym for Carcinoma
c. Seeding the Short Cut file #8984.2 with DM II as a sample
short cut for Diabetes Mellitus, Non-Insulin Dependent
