Means Test module.  In order to calculate the correct category for these
tests, a call to PAR^DGMTSCU is made to retrieve the Means Test threshold
figures for the correct year.

The variable DGLY is the year prior to the Means
Test.

The output variable DGMTPAR contains the zeroth node
of MEANS TEST DATA (#250) multiple in the MAS PARAMETERS (#43) file for the
appropriate Means Test year.

DGMTPAR(PREV)

Output

The output variable DGMTPAR("PREV") is defined if the
appropriate MEANS TEST DATA multiple is not defined.
