This cross-reference is used only to index digitally signed orders by the
login date and the related institution. It will be identical to that of
the "AD" cross-reference in functionality, but this cross-reference will
not be killed when the pending orders are discontinued. It is primarily
used to list discontinued orders in the Digitally Signed Orders Report,
which is made available in the Controlled Substance package, as part of
the PKI project.
