This cross reference is fired whenever the field CONFIDENTIAL ADDR
COUNTRY is changed. It will clear data in fields associated with
whether the COUNTRY value is domestic or foreign. In the case of a
foreign address, this cross reference will clear the CONFIDENTIAL ADDR
STATE, CONFIDENTIAL ADDR COUNTY and CONFIDENTIAL ADDR ZIP+4 fields. For a
domestic CONFIDENTIAL address, this cross reference will clear the
CONFIDENTIAL PROVINCE and CONFIDENTIAL POSTAL CODE fields. See routine
^DGCNTRY for modifying which fields are cleared by this cross reference.
