DESCRIPTION | Use this format to export data to the EXCEL spreadsheet running on the Macintosh or under Windows. The exported data will have a comma between each field's value. The user will be asked to specify the data type of each exported field. Those fields that are not numeric will be surrounded by quotes ("). Commas are allowed in the non-numeric data, but quotes (") are not. |
USAGE NOTES | Select the Open command on Excel's File menu. Press the TEXT button and make sure that the Column Delimiter is set to "comma." Select the file. Each field's values will be imported into columns. |
