This protocol is used with the GMRC ALERT ACTIONS List Manager template
and is called as the default protocol menu, unless the user has service
update capabilities. Then this protocol menu will be replaced (hijacked)
by the GMRCACTM ALERT SERVICE ACTIONS protocol menu.
