This protocol is activated whenever there is a change in a patient's
the X(order#) array. For example, piece 1 is populated from
the X(1) node and piece 4 is populated from the X(4) node.

included in the AHDR cross-reference. Note that all pieces
are in internal format.
adverse reaction assessment. The following variable is defined when the
