This option prints the HBPC Expanded Program Census Report. The user is
AUTO-QUEUED FILE UPDATE] option has run & updated the HBHC Visit File
(#632).
prompted to enter the date range for inclusion on the report. The report
is sorted by patient name and includes: Patient Name, Last 4, Admission
Date, Case Manager, Most Recent Visit Date, Visit Discipline, & total.
Report prints in 80 column format.
Note: '* No HBPC Visits *' text will appear in the Most Recent Visit
Date/Time column on the report until after either the Build/Verify
Transmission File [HBHCFILE] or Auto-queue HBHC File Update [HBHC
