This option is responsible for automatically lapsing (obsoleting) pending
MailMan message will be sent to the LMI mail group.
This option should be queued to run in TASKMAN nightly.

This lapsing is based on a parameter: LRJ OBSOLETE PENDING ORDERS. The
value of this parameter will be compared to the GRACE PERIOD FOR
ORDERS field (#15) in the LABORATORY SITE file (#69.9). The smaller of
the two will be used as the number of days before a pending order is
