PRC RPT DOC REQUIRED DATA (2944)    OPTION (19)

This option allows the user to list the Required Field file settings, which
allow IFCAP to determine the items which must be prompted during
various processes that collect data for FMS documents.  The file
tells IFCAP, for a given FMS document type and fund, what FMS fields
must be included on that FMS document.  If IFCAP did not, before V.5.0, 
prompt for these fields, and if it cannot derive them from data stored
in the FCP file, IFCAP will prompt the user for these fields.
