| DESCRIPTION | This option allows the agent cashier to release 'holds' on Means Test bills. There may be some requirements for the VA to "hold-off" billing the patient until payment is received from the insurance company. When a payment is received from an insurance company, any "holds" on bills to be sent to the patient need to be removed and the patient should be billed. This option allows the user to forward the bills from MCCR to AR to start the collection process. |
