This report will print bills, sorted by category, by the date of Last
4) Date the last transaction was entered into the system or Transaction date
If none of these dates are found, then the default date is 01/01/91.
Only those bills in an 'unresolved' status (Active, Suspense, Pending
Calm Code, etc.) are printed. Those bills that have been resolved are
not displayed.
Activity. The date of last activity is defined as the date when the
bill was last 'looked' at or had some activity.
This date is derived by finding the most recent date of the following:
1) Last time a letter printed (LETTER1, LETTER2, LETTER3)
2) Date bill was prepared
3) Date status was last updated
