This option allows the user to enter or edit a Tour of Duty for an
employee for this pay period, the last one, or the next. Various warnings
are provided if there are problems identified with the tour. If tour
overlaps exist (e.g. Sat 11:30PM-8:00AM and Sun MID-8:30AM), then the tour
can not be saved. When editing the "Next" pay period tour or creating a
"Permanent" tour, no overlap can exist between day 1 and day 14. The user
must wait until the next pay period is opened or select "Temporary" to
create this type of tour.
