The A&SP Supervisor Menu is designed for Audiology and Speech
Pathology supervisory personnel.  This menu contains all options
exported with the QUASAR package.  It contains options for setting
up and maintaining the package, generating the CDR and capitation
reports, as well as adequating C&P exams.
